Connect2Artists reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. You will be noticed of major changes in your Messages section on the Site. Usage of the Site after changes are posted means you have accepted all such terms and conditions as posted.
Connect2Artists reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason that is not prohibited by law.
Connect2Artists grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display of the Site and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with these terms and conditions of use. You shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site in any way through any means or device, including, but not limited to spamming, hacking, uploading computer viruses or time bombs, or any other means.
You, the collector member of Connect2Artists are being offered use of the Site free of charge. You may explore and use the Site to view artwork posted and may contact posting artists to inquire about their art and potential purchase of artwork. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site.
It is expressly forbidden to use contact information provided by artist members of Connect2Artists by any collector member of Connect2Artists or any other entity obtaining said contact information for any purpose other than to seek potential acquisition of their artwork except in the case of individuals or entities who are using the contact information to seek potential representation of said artist. You agree not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacy.
You, the artist member of Connect2Artists, agree that collectors or other potential buying members of Connect2Artists, may contact you by the means you have provided (email, phone or any other means you have authorized) on your Connect2Artists registration form and on your Connect2Artists artist page. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information on the Site so that it remains current, complete and accurate. You shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your user name(s) and password(s). You are responsible for all use of Your Account, regardless of whether you authorized such access or use, and for ensuring that all use of Your Account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
You, the artist member of Connect2Artists, are being offered the starter plan free of charge.The starter plan includes one template and four free images of your artwork on your artist page. If you elect to, you may authorize a monthly or yearly subscription charge for additional images, templates and services as described on our Subscription Page. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before your subscribed time allotment has expired, you will continue to receive all services until your expiration date is reached. No refunds will be given for cancellations which occur after your subscription period has started, though we will always try to accommodate our artist subscribers. You may change, delete or add your images or information at any time without notice.
You, the posting artist, warrants that items posted by you on Connect2Artists are authentic and that you own all rights to display the work and any other images posted. All items posted on Connect2Artists must be an original work created by the posting artist. No photographs, digital images, etc. No prints, engravings or reproductions of any type are accepted. Sculptures and 3 Dimensional Wall Art: All sculptures and 3 Dimensional Wall Art offered must be the original intellectual concept of the artist. All materials used must be accurately described. Sculptures that are an original concept by the posting artist that is manufactured by a foundry or other manufacturing facility are accepted. You agree to only offer your own original work and will not misrepresent your artworks or facts about yourself. Further, you agree not to engage in activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including artist organizations.
Connect2Artists reserves the right to decide on a per artwork basis what is acceptable to be offered on the site.
Anyone posting content on the Site hereby grants Connect2Artists permission to use without limitation all material on this Site.
Connect2Artists, a California corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, own all rights to their logos and trademarks used in connection with the Site. All other logos and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
Users may not copy or reproduce the content on the Site without the prior written permission of Connect2Artists.
Connect2Artists makes no representations or warranties about the authenticity or veracity of any item or statement posted on the site by artist members. Users of the site agree that they alone are responsible for any damages or claims that may arise from any transaction with a buyer or seller of an item. Further, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect2Artists from any claim that may arise from the use of the site or transaction.
