Biography

I am an oil painter living in Glenwood Springs, Co. USA. I mostly paint landscapes and have been painting for over 30 years after studying at the Art Students League of Denver. Originally a plein air painter, my age has limited my ability to get out in the field so I have lately concentrated on studio painting. I enjoy using the elements of design, composition, color and atmospheric perspective to create works that celebrate the beauty of nature and, hopefully, inspire and uplift the viewer.
