Biography

Jeanne LaRae explores and discovers light and shadow and its magical effects as light dances across a dogs nose, causes aspen trees to shimmer and water to sparkle. Dramatic shadows and bouncing light create and tell the story Jeanne relates throughout her paintings of nature, landscapes, architecture, people, and animals. She encourages people to look deeper into their surroundings, to listen to the whispers of the world as a symphony of color and light, and to experience the path.
